At this bodyfat percentage you are putting your long term health in jeopardy, your body requires some bodyfat for cushioning of internal organs etc etc. Bodybuilders only go this low for the one day of competition.
I would advise you to start eating and to increase your weight and bodyfat percentage to above 9%......
