Should I be warming up?
I'm going to be starting the 5-day split workout designed by Troy A. Dolfi(Muscle size, shape and definition workout)
Should I be warming up before I start to hit the weights?
I usually warm up with 1-2 sets of whatever I'm starting off with and after I'm done with that exercise, I only do 1 set of warming up. Is there a better way for me to be warming up that will make it so I only have to do it once, or just a better way of warming up?
