Strawberry-banana smoothie!!!
Well here's a little smoothie snack to have as something in between meals. Enjoy!!!
1 cup sliced strawberries
1 whole banana
6 oz skim milk
1-2 scoops of protein (go for vanilla or chocolate)
1-2 cups of ice
Blend that baby up and you're good to go. Healthy, good serving of fruits, got the protein in there and low in fat. A great cool treat for the summer!
