"Tip of the day" thread might be a nice addition - Something short that might be helpful to somebody. It also might become a useful compendium one day...
So if anybody has something that they've recently heard or learnt, regarding exercises, nutrition, suplements, or anything, post it here. And if we have more than one tip per day, all the better.
