Thanks Doug. My nutrition plan is fairly non-existant. I usually eat a bowl of cereal in the morning, at about 4-430. Then between 730-830, which is my break, I usually just grab a snack or something at work, maybe a banana or orange (I work at a grocery store 'till I go to college). Then I'll usually grab a sandwich or something of that nature. Then I'll usually wait till supper time. When we usually have chicken, spaghetti, pork, pizza. We also have Kraft Dinner, rice, or noodles with supper, depends what we are having though.
I wasn't to descriptive, but I hope that helps give you an idea.
