my first real anger spark in the gym, was when there were 2 disabled guys in wheelchairs with 2 trainers helping them (not from the gym)
they were hogging the smith press and the cable crossover machine (using it for push downs)
drove me f*kin insane
the other day there were 2 guys training together, doing db presses, using too much weight then they could obviously handle, and using the worst form ever.. but to top it off, they would finish off their sets by chucking their weights straight to the ground, so that they would bounce off in all directions... s!
