im in the 4-8 pints range normally.
i drink 15oz with my protein, 15-20 with my meal replacement, about 12-20oz during a workout, water randomly throughout the day, and i drink about 12oz thoughout the night (i sleep with a water bottle next to my bed because i always wake up with a dry mouth) i usually have to wake up at night to go to the bathroom, but i have no trouble falling back asleep.
how many pints should i be getting a day? (im 6'5" 225 pounds and take cellmass)
