There's a pic of a female bodybuilder, Allison Bookless, on page 40 in 'Sculpting Her Body Perfect'; she fits the image that stikfigure mentioned, I don't know if you can get to see a copy from the library etc. She's a firefighter and paramedic, and takes nutritional supplements, but what sort, it doesn't say.
