I have the exact same thing, it would most likely be lactic acid in the shoulders.
I always get that when performing shoulders, there is no problem with it.
Everytime i do shoulder presses, i get it, same with lateral raises.
Of what your telling it should be no problem.
But still keep an eye on it. IF you are feeling pain, see about it.
