Strange
A couple of weeks ago I was undertaking a particularly tough shoulder workout. At the conclusion of each exercise, my deltoids burned. I now have a problem. Since that workout, any type of strain (exercise) to my deltoids (bench and arms) results in the same burning sensation. It doesn't happen immediately. I can usually get through the entire set before the burn makes me stop. I skipped my shoulder workout last week hoping that a week off would give me the rest I needed. Any advice will be appreciated.
