Ah, ok. No pain there. Perfectly fine actually. I tried the previous exercise and it's still a bit tender. I've isolated the discomfort though. It's actually the front (i think the previous pain was just soreness from a workout). It feels sharp and tight right where my joint is. I'd say at the front most position of my shoulder joint. At rest, no pain. Under stress though it feels tight like I'm sore and sharp like there is a needle deep in the joint. I was able to do all of the exercises in Doug's 4 day split (shoulder day) w/o pain. It's rotating outwards and/or down (as in lat pulldown) that hurts. No problem pushing upwards.
