I too am uncertain from your presentation of symptoms. Next time though get or take a picture it lasts longer and is safer (of the girl, lol).
I am thinking due to your pain occurring with lat pull downs, it should be a shoulder stabilizer. Also due to your reports of clicking with shoulder circles seems like its right on. Then you indicate with pressing motions it causes some soreness so I began to think triceps but that probably is a red herring. So I came upon the infraspinatous with possible teres minor.
This potential injury (may be a different muscle) can be checked out by you by having you perform some exercises that work on shoulder rotations. This is when the elbow is bent and you standing to the side of a mid pulley. Hold onto the D-ring with your hand and with the elbow against your rib cage turn your arm out(away from your body-arm that is furthest from the pulley). Perform this first with your good not involved(not injured) arm. 10-15 pounds. Then try with the involved side. Does this feel the same ease of movement? Or is there much more of a challenge performing the exercise. Repeat the process by turning the arm towards your body. (arm that is closest to the pulley), Good side then bad side. Note any changes.
Report back and tell us your findings. I then will give you step 2. I prefer not to give you both steps at this time due to possible injury going to step 2 first. The importance of this investigation is to locate the injured party and treat to prevent the injury from returning.
Again keep us posted!
