Diet under construction
i made a thread earlier but it kinda died out. anyway im 15 trying to gain some weight. i went with the 30/50/20 ratio cause i play basketball and figured the carbs will help. the bmr calculator said i need 2286 a day so i aimed for adding 500, ended up adding 301. is this good?
