How many meals should I eat?

If you want to build muscle you have to eat more calories than you burn every day. The best way to do this is to eat 5-8 small meals each day. Eating this way increases your metabolism and only feeds your body the amount of food it needs at the time, which means it's much less likely to store the food as fat. The aim is to ensure that your body has all the fuel it needs to repair and grow muscle tissue at anytime throughout the day.
