How many days per week should I train?

For beginners, 3 days per week is enough for training. You should follow a split program where you work two or more muscle groups per day. For example; Monday - chest/shoulders/biceps, Wednesday - Legs/calves, Friday - back/triceps. More advanced lifters will train up to 6 days per week depending on personal preference.
