Home » Bodybuilding & Fitness Q&A » How long should my workout be? |
You should aim to keep your workouts under one hour in length. If you train longer than one hour you risk putting your body into a catabolic state (losing muscle) while you train. This is very counter-productive and will severely limit your muscle gains. Remember, it's the quality of the workout not the quantity that will get you the most muscle gains.
