How can I get huge quickly!?

This is a question heard too often. There is no "legal" way to get big "quick". Building ones body should be compared to building the Eiffel Tower, its not going to be done in a matter of days or months! Nothing worth while comes easy or quick. It takes hard work and unswerving devotion to YOURSELF more than anything else.

The best answer to this question would be this:

  1. Proper diet. This is the single most important thing in building muscle. Without this, everything else (workouts, supplements, etc) will do you no good. For more info in this area, look "_____".
  2. Proper form and exercise routine. Seeing how much you can throw up and how fast you can do it is a waste of your time, if your looking to build muscle. Form, rep timing and proper weight distribution throughout your sets will have a tremendous effect on muscle build. For info on workouts look "___"
  3. Adequate Rest and Recovery time. Working the same muscles every other day will do more harm than good. Rest-recovery time holds multiple benefits. During this time is when your muscles are "actually" growing. To deny them this period catastrophic for muscle growth.
