Can I workout two days in a row?
Yes, you can workout 2 days in a row as long as you are training completely seperate muscle groups. For example, you would not train biceps Monday and the back Tuesday because you use your biceps in all your back exercise. However, you could train back Monday and chest Tuesday because those muscle groups are completely separate. You should leave a minimum of 48 hours rest between training the same muscle group. Keep in mind that you use your biceps in your back workout and your triceps in your shoulder and chest workouts.
