Upright Bench Press Machine Instructions:

Before you sit on the machine, adjust the height of the seat so that the handles are level with your middle chest. Select the weight you desire. Keeping your mid-section tight, push the handles straight out in front of you. This is the start position. Lower the weight until it's just about to hit the stack then push back to starting position. Repeat for desired reps.

Tips and Safety Advice:

To get the most out of this exercise do not lock your elbows out at the top of the exercise or the weight hit the weight stack. Push the weight slowly and focus on the "pump" in your chest.
