Standing Tricep Rope Extension Instructions:

Set the cable pulley to the lowest setting and attach the rope. Grip the rope on either end, pull it up behind your head, and extend your arms fully. Keeping your elbows facing forward, lower the weight down as far as you can. Pause. Pull the weight back up to starting position. Repeat.

Tips and Safety Advice:

Always keep your triceps tucked in and facing forwards. If you let them flair out, your shoulders will take over.
