Standing Lateral Cable Curl Instructions:

Set the cable pulleys at approx. shoulder height, attach the handles and select your weight on the stack. Grasp each handle with palms facing upward and your arms outstretched. Keeping your upper arms fixed, curl the weights towards the top of your shoulders. Lower back to starting position. Repeat for desired reps.

Tips and Safety Advice:

It's important to keep your upper arms fixed and only bend at the elbows. Do the exercise slowly and focus on bicep contraction. Use a full range of motion by letting your arms extend right out.
