One Arm Preacher Curl Instructions:

Before you sit on the bench adjust the seat so that when you sit down the top of the padding sits comfortably near your arm pit. Grasp the dumbbell in your right hand and rest the back of your upper arm on the 45 degree padding. The top of the padding should be resting underneath your arm pit. Extend your arm fully. Now curl the dumbbell until your forearm is pointing straight up. Slowly lower the dumbbell back to starting position. Repeat for left arm.

Tips and Safety Advice:

To get the most out of one arm preacher curls make sure you use the full range of motion by letting the dumbbell go down until your arm is fully outstretched. Keep the muscle tight and don't rest at the top of the movement.
