Stand on the top of a large medicine ball. It may pay to be near some support, as this exercise is very unstable. Squat as far down as you can on the ball and push back up again. Do this with no weight for as many reps as you can handle!
Tips and Safety Advice:
Because you are balancing on what is basically a flat ball, there's a good chance that you'll hit the floor. Until you've mastered the technique, do it somewhere where there's something you can hold onto.
