Medicine Ball Push Up Instructions:

Using the medicine ball for push ups allows for a deeper range of motion and harder working of your stabilizer muscles. Set the medicine balls up about shoulder width apart. Put one hand on each ball, you feet together, and take your weight. Keeping your mid section and back straight, lower your body weight as far as possiible and push back up. Repeat for desired reps.

Tips and Safety Advice:

Make sure the medicine balls are stable, you don't want to end up face first on the floor! Warm up first. Don't lock your elbows out at the top of the movement.
