Incline Bench Rope Extension Instructions:

Set and incline bench at a 45 degree angle and face it away from the pulley machine (see picture). Sit on the bench and get someone to pass you the rope. With your elbows pointing upwards at a 45 degree angle extend your arms fully. Keeping your upper arms still, bend at the elbows and lower the weight. Repeat.

Tips and Safety Advice:

Keep your elbows pointing forward at all times. Don't move your upper arms at all throughout the set.
