Horizontal Leg Press Instructions:
Set the angle of the back padding to horizontal. Lay down with your shoulders resting on supports and your legs positioned at the top of the plate at about shoulder width apart. Push yourself back until your legs are fully extended. Lower yourself down until the weight almost touches the stack, and push back up. Repeat.
Tips and Safety Advice:
Don't let the weight go down to far (touch the stack). Keep your back flat on the supports.
