Exercise Instructions:The floor barbell twist exercise focuses on your obliques. Sit down on the floor/mat with your legs out in front of you. Your feet should be wider than shoulder with for stabilization. Grasp a light barbell and lift it over your head to place on the upper muscles on your back. Do not place the weight on your neck! Tense up your mid section. Slowly twist your torso to the right and then to the left. Twist as far as possible. Do not move your head with the twist, keep eyes facing forward. Tips & Advice:Don't look from side to side, keep your head facing forward. Keep your abs tight throughout the whole set. Keep your back straight.
