Cable Step Up Exercise Video

» Primary target muscle: Quads
» Secondary muscles: Hamstrings, Glutes
» Exercise type: Compound
» Equipment used: Cable pulley, step

Cable Step Up Start Position:

Cable Step Up Instructions:

Attach the cable to your right leg. Position your left leg on the step (see picture). Pull your right leg forward and upward until your right thigh is parallel to the floor. Repeat for your left leg. Repeat for desired reps.

Tips and Safety Advice:

Keep your back straight. Bring your leg right up.
