Exercise Instructions:

Position yourself on the floor with your palms face down around shoulder width apart, your body straight and feet together. Take one leg and place it (or hook it) over the other. This will leave only one foot touching the floor. Keeping your body straight (don't sag in the middle), slowly lower down until your chest almost touches the floor, pause, the push back up to the starting position without locking your elbows out. Repeat for desired reps.

Tips:

Keep the rep timing slow and controlled, lower the body as far as possible without hitting the floor, don't lock your elbows out at the top of the movement, and keep your body straight - don't sag in the middle.
