Mike Dunk is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He holds a Specialized Honours Degree in Kinesiology and Health Sciences from York University where he studied under the likes of Tudor Bompa and former National Hockey League coach Dave Chambers. Mike is a former Strength and Conditioning Consultant at Durham College.
He has trained a wide variety of clientele including youth, teens, older adults, mentally and physically challenged individuals, people with back pain, neck pain, people recovering from accidents, and major college and professional athletes. He also has a teaching degree and is currently the Owner and Founder of PerformanceStrengthTraining.com and SportStrengthCoach.com where he has authored e-books on sport-specific training and performance training.
