I have been into bodybuilding since 1980. I was “bitten” after seeing a picture of Arnold on the cover of his book “Education of a Bodybuilder”. I have also been in the retail supplement side of the business since 1990 and have been as high up as a Regional Sales Director. Through work sponsorship, I have taken numerous courses on nutrition and personal training. As well, I have 30 years experience “in the trenches”.
I currently write for numerous websites and an international magazine.
I'm a natural bodybuilder with plans to compete in 2010.
My goal has always been to provide sound, truthful information on all aspects of this great sport, helping people avoid wasted time and effort. My hope is to see them achieve their goals faster.
I am available for any questions anyone may have, I can be contacted at sb5660@windstream.net.

I read the info on reps. but, I don't understand what it means to do 3 reps of 12. How long do I wait between finishing my first 12 and starting my second and so on?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Just starting out with dumbbells.
