About Jesse Dale

Jesse "The Shark" Dale has been weight lifting and bodybuilding since age 14.  Jesse's passion for health, fitness and bodybuilding has been refueled through his pursuit of education.  Jesse went to Oakland University where he pursued a degree in Exercise Science he also acquired 5 national certifications from the American Council On Exercise (ACE), International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA), World Instructor Training Schools (WITS), National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and a specialty certification in performance nutrition.

Jesse won the 2008 Club Solutions Magazine Most Fit Health Club Professional award and was nominated for trainer of the year in PFP magazine. Jesse specializes in nutrition, personal training, and complete contest preparation.  Jesse has been actively competing and judging within several organizations since 1998.  In that time he has achieved many Overall Titles and earned his IFPA Pro Card.
