His competition record includes two runner-up finishes at the NPC California State Championships; he was also overall winner of the Contra Costa Championships, first place at the Orange County Championships, and winner of the AAU Mr. Western USA teenage division.

Awesome article(s) on the 1 set all out rep! A body builder 10 yrs ago told me the same thing but with 2 reps. I just lost the mindset! Thanks for bringing me back after all these years. I can't wait to try this again! God bless.
