Damien is the founder and owner of  Muscle and Strength. He launched this site in February 2006 with the intention of creating a useful resource for those looking to get bigger, stronger and leaner naturally. The site has grown rapidly and now includes a huge range of articles, workouts, exercise guides, supplements, glossary, diet info, recipes, tips and a muscle and fitness forum.

Damien has 5 years experience in training, nutrition and supplements. He's learned through research and experience how to build muscle on an ectomorph frame. He started in the gym at 60kg (132lbs) and now weighs in at 87kg (191.5lbs).
