About Jeremy Scott

Jeremy Scott - creator of jeremyscottfitness.com and Prolab sponsored athlete – is a lifelong fitness junkie who earned his B.A. Degree Cum Laude from Waldorf College, where he played collegiate basketball. Upon graduating, Jeremy earned fitness certifications through the International Sports and Science Association, as well as the IYCA for School Strength & Conditioning and Youth Nutrition. Jeremy has worked with a diverse population, ranging from strength training top level college athletes to personal training weekend warriors.

Being a fitness professional is not only a career but a passion for Jeremy, who practices what he preaches. When he isn’t fitness training and consulting, Jeremy has been fortunate enough to appear in: Fitness Model World, Lift for Life, Men’s Fitness, AZ Foothills Magazine, Wellness Messenger, Scottsdale Health Magazine, Max Sports & Fitness Magazine, Coolfit, Genetic War, Muscle & Strength, World Physique, Six Pack Now, Muscle & Fitness Magazine, as well as a reoccurring fitness role on the TV show Sonoran Living on ABC & Spokes Model for Grip Power Pads.

I'm 52 and want to use the 16-8 plan .My ? I workout at 4:30pm when do I eat?because I saw some where that you should w/o on an empty stomach?can you explain?how offen should I w/o?
