Hey Brad, I was wondering, if I were to organize these into a workout, how would you set them up in a split?

It depends on one's goals. You could try a number of splits:

1. Chest, Shoulders, Triceps
2. Legs
3. Back, Biceps

or

1. Chest, Back
2. Shoulders, Arms
3. Legs

or

1. Back, Calves
2. Chest, Shoulders
3. Arms, Calves
4. Quads, Hams

Try any of the above and you can't go wrong.

How could I incorporate your ideas in to a 5-6 day workout program that works your muscles at last twice per week?

Hi Brad,
Heart felt Thanks for replying..!
some guys in my gym say that, we should never lock our elbows in any of the workouts. including the cable press downs, head crusher, shoulder press and bench presses etc...

Is that true? ur say on this. what are the pros and cons of this.?

Hi Zulfi,

Yes, you shouldn't lock out on presses and squats among a few other moves. But, locking out on a pressdown, for example, is key to getting an intense contraction in the triceps. Read some of my other 10 Bodypart articles and you will see I go into detail.
