Week 13—214 Days Out!
Weight on 2-1-11: 198.5 pounds.
AMAZING is one word to describe this prep. I have more energy than ever, feel better than ever and am actually increasing calories and getting stronger! WHAT IS GOING ON!?! I am loving the new Scivation pre-workout formula, SCIVATION NOVEM, coming soon to MuscleandStrength.com, and it has helped propel me to new levels of performance and energy, even within 4 weeks of a contest! WOW!
I am eating perfectly, training like a possessed MADMAN, and traveling and working like a workaholic. I am also finding time to rock the fatherhood thing and be an awesome DADDY! Kami’s birthday was last weekend and we had an amazing time playing soccer, doing sprints and having a party at Little Gym. My life is awesome!
Some update pics!

My wife Katie is also competing on April 30 for her first time and is in the zone as well. Pre-workout, 1,3 Dimethyl was weird for her. SCIVATION NOVEM does not have it in the formula so she is also benefiting from it. Training with her when I am home, which isn’t often, is a dream come true! Here is Katie!

Marc,
You look amazing, and your plan of attack has been very sensible....the rewards show. I love Scivation's approach to dieting using the diabetic exchange....makes it very easy.
I do find myself needing to ask, are your gains all-natural? This is in no way a negative question as I respect anyone who has to train and diet for physique transformation....I am just curious. The work and discipline has to be put in, natural or not, but I do like comparing different results to see if certain strategies are applicable for everyone and anyone.
If I am the only person posing this question, then please forgive me, I mean no disrespect. You run a fine company, and again, your dedication has paid off.
Thank you for your consideration on this comment.
Good Luck,
Juan Pla

Dear Sir,
Thank you for the compliment. I make it a point, natural or not, to not discuss anything illegal. It sheds a bad light on bodybuilding and also won't help anything. I compete in the NPC, so obviously some things are used by some, and I would hate to create enemies!
I hope you understand!

I completely understand your point. The last thing I want is to bring a negative feel to a love of mine such as bodybuilding, but more importantly, your efforts to succeed in such a challenging industry. Good luck with your efforts in the NPC and continued success with Scivation. You look great and I admire your hard work at such a young age. I remain a true fan.
Best wishes for you and your family,
Juan Pla
