Hey Marc just wanted to let you know that muscle you are pointing to in your forearm when you do those semi-prone curls is called the brachioradialis, the brachialis is actually underneath the biceps brachii and is responsible for elbow flexion at any position and it is acttached medially in the ulna not the radius. But still brachioradialis is a great muscle to work for bodybuilding.
