After drinking your post-workout shake, how long do you wait until you eat again(e.g. 50g protein 80g carbs) ?

This series was filmed during my off-season. At that time I would consume a granola bar about 20-30 minutes after my post-workout shake...then 60-90 minutes later I would consume meal 6 (tuna, spinach, hummus wrap)

Thank you very much :) I like that you added (possible)that foods you eat because I was also not sure about using fats within that postwork time range (not in the post-workout shake of course). Your video series is nice and it would be great if you would make videos targeting more expierenced athletes.

Is eating a lot of oats bad for health because of the gluten?
Can I eat raw rice powder instead of oats?
